Reactivate account
Account suspended due to inactivity
For security, accounts with no sign-in for more than 12 months are suspended automatically. You can request reactivation here.
- 1. Enter your registered email
- 2. Verify your identity with the OTP sent to your email
- 3. Wait for an administrator (Planner / Admin) to review and approve
- 4. Once approved, you can use the system as usual
